Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans may change. You are allowed one rescheduling opportunity. However, if the new date is not feasible, a new deposit will be required. Kindly notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Hygiene Standards

Maintaining a clean and safe environment is my top priority and I would appreciate if it's yours too. I love a fresh and pleasant atmosphere! If you happen to bring a little too much...... "aroma" with you, we may need to reschedule your visit. This will count as one of your rescheduling opportunities.
